A Digital Transformation Assessment (DTA) will be performed annually to assess progress and adherence to the relevant digital government guidelines for each government entity.  This assessment will result in a digital transformation annual report for review by the Steering Committee and submission to the Council of Ministers. As the diagram below indicates, the DTA questionnaire assesses four dimensions of digital transformation using a range of measures.
