Introduced during the recent career fair organized by Qatar Foundation (QF) in the Education City, these programs, namely "MCIT Internship" Program and "MCIT Overseas Internship" Program, underscore MCIT's commitment to nurturing national professionals and equipping them with essential skills to excel in the ICT sector.

The MCIT Internship Program is tailored to provide university students and recent graduates with hands-on experience, enabling them to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. This initiative aligns with Qatar's National Vision 2030 by cultivating a pool of skilled professionals poised to meet the evolving demands of the  ICT sector.

In addition, MCIT has introduced MCIT Overseas Internship Program, offering employees and fresh graduates a unique chance to enhance their capabilities through international exposure. This program not only equips participants with advanced technical expertise, but also fosters cross-cultural learning experiences essential for professional growth. Participants will benefit from financial incentives and access to specialized training, empowering them to contribute effectively to MCIT's mandate of driving innovation and excellence in the ICT sector.
