MCIT empowers educators at WISE11 Summit

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has announced its participation to a WISE11 Summit workshop, via its Studio 5 lab. The Ministry’s participation will focus on empowering youth in digital learning.

The workshop, titled “Machine Learning as an Educational Tool,” will be held on November 29. As a cornerstone event within the Innovative Classrooms sessions of the Summit, the workshop aims to showcase how educators can integrate artificial intelligence and coding into their teaching methodologies across disciplines.

“Studio 5’s workshop at the WISE11 Summit embodies our commitment to enriching the educational landscape with the use of futuristic tools,” said Duha Al-Buhendi, Director of the Digital Society and Digital Competences Department at MCIT.

Shahd Mazen Dauleh, Head of Learning Ecosystems at WISE, said: “WISE is pleased to partner with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for this workshop, in line with our commitment to advancing innovation in education. This builds on our persistent efforts to recognize innovations within our community and enable them to broaden their impact on society. The Studio 5 workshop is part of the learning labs at WISE11 that will highlight innovative educational approaches and tools that educators can utilize to achieve enhanced learning outcomes.”
