Digital Services

Each month, new e-services will come online.  Each new service, with a description, along with the government entity responsible for that service are recorded in the eServices catalog.  Officials will then be able to document progress over each month and over the course of the year against both the overall digital government objectives and against the roadmap.

A methodology has been developed to assess the quality of digital services launched to date. The methodology is based on the digital services framework developed by the Ministry, which is itself derived from international best practice and the United Nations e-Government measurement. Based on the assessment the launched digital services are classified based on the maturity level; informational, interactive, transactional or integrated. The chart below shows the distribution of assessed digital services across maturity levels.
