Both individuals and businesses expect government information to be readily available online, easy to find and understand. The public sector in Qatar has many reasons to meet these expectations by investing in a comprehensive digital transformation. Shared services, greater collaboration and inte­gra­tion, improved fraud management, and productivity enhancements enable government-wide efficiencies. More than 350 digital services have been introduced in 2015, with more being launched every month.
