In a move to deepen collaboration with global tech and research leaders, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology organized a high-level Qatari delegation’s visit to the United States from 16 to 18 June 2025. The visit brought together representatives from multiple government entities and included meetings with some of the world’s most prominent technology firms and research centers. The delegation engaged with global industry leaders such as Google, ServiceNow, NVIDIA, and Scale AI, as well as renowned academic and research institutions including Stanford University, Singularity University, and the Stanford Research Institute (SRI).
The delegation organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology included representatives from several Qatari government entities, such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Labor, the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, the General Authority of Customs, and Katara.
The visits aimed to foster strategic partnerships with global technology leaders, explore frontier innovations in artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure, and gather actionable insights that will inform national initiatives and accelerate the implementation of Digital Agenda 2030. The tour reflected Qatar’s commitment to establishing itself as a nation striving to build a secure and integrated digital ecosystem founded on the latest technological advancements. These visits took place alongside Qatar’s participation in the World Summit AI in San Francisco, reaffirming the country’s efforts to strengthen global dialogue and cooperation in advanced technology fields.
