The State of Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), participated in the 27th meeting of the GCC E-Government Executive Committee, held today in Kuwait.
The Qatari delegation was led by Ms. Mashael Ali Al-Hammadi, Assistant Undersecretary for Digital Government Affairs, with the participation of representatives from ministries and entities responsible for digital government in GCC countries, along with the GCC General Secretariat.
The meeting addressed several key topics, most notably regional initiatives in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital trust services, and shared e-government services among GCC countries.
In conclusion, the 27th meeting of the Executive Committee reaffirmed the commitment of member states to strengthening cooperation in the field of digital government and enhancing joint coordination to improve the quality of electronic government services across the GCC countries.
