Minister of Communications and Information Technology Meets with Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan

His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, met today with His Excellency Mr. Galymzhan Koishybayev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the accompanying delegation during their visit to the country to participate in the Second World Summit for Social Development, hosted by the State of Qatar from November 4 to 6.

The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the fields of digital transformation, advanced technologies, and artificial intelligence, in addition to exploring prospects for developing strategic partnerships that support innovation and digital development in both nations.

The meeting was attended by Eng. Ahmad Abdulla AlMuslemani, President of the Communications Regulatory Authority, and Mr. Sami Al Shammari, Assistant Undersecretary for Infrastructure and Operations Affairs at MCIT. From the Kazakhstani side, the meeting was attended by H.E. Mr. Alibek Kuantyrov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; H.E. Mr. Doszhan Mussaliyev, Vice-Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development; and H.E. Mr. Arman Issagaliyev, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the State of Qatar.
