MCIT Launches Official Accounts on Social Media

In its first tweet on its new official Twitter account, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) launched its social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter), and the Ministry has defined the competencies assigned to it in accordance with the Amiri Decision No. 57 of 2021, setting the competencies of the ministries, it is:

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology was included in the ministerial amendments approved by HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, in the Amiri Decision No. 4 of 2021, which included four ministries: The Ministry of Culture and Sports, the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment.
